Why is it the U.S. who have provide decent education to other countries students... And U.S. citizens getting suckered into believing we have to of late rubs me raw to no end... However, the real basis why we provide eduaction to illegal immigrants has everything to do beside the ruling of the supreme court in Plyer v. Doe.
In the early 1980s, lawyers for a group of children of migrant fruit farm workers challenged a Texas law which allowed local school districts to rebuff to educate children who were not U.S. citizens.The U.S. Supreme Court said that the law be unconstitutional, and ordered the state to provide an educational program for all children, citizens and non-citizens, living in the state. There are many ways for me to interpret this info. I am chirpy that some children are getting an education and even happier that those children are using the proper visa to get their education. Then again, I kinda discern like this American education is serving to weaken the mexican or Canadian arts school system. I have no problem cooperating with another nation for the benefit of children but I didn't see where ( I solitary gave a cursory overview) the mexican or Canadian governments were obligated to defer any or at lowest possible some of the cost. I will look more closely at the link in the near adjectives. If they are able to pay for it and it doesnt affect the curriculum, the atmosphere and the integrity of the classroom, I can handle controlled doses. But if the US taxpayer is footing the bill so these punks can come here, step over to another school, trash it and raise their flag over and upside down US flag.... I say horse crap! They arent research anything, if this is the case. We are wasting money and letting these little hoodlums run wild. Deport them if they are illegal. If they own an approved student visa AND they aren't attending public schools (which DO have residency requirements) then within isn't a problem. It's those pretending to be "tourists" who come over the border daily and then use phony addresses of friends and/or relatives within order to scam free public schools that are young low lives and trash -- stealing from the taxpayers -- that should be permanently banned from the US AND perhaps even see some juvenile detention center time for a while. I'm not sure I am connecting near your link source. But as near as I can guess, you suggest there are "non immigrant" children who come to the USA from Mexico and move about to school, then return to Mexico I would guess daily?
If nation follow the law, pay the fees, do the paperwork and may work here with that authenticity, how can you challenge them.

i returned my passport with my original deed poll to money my surname. they wrote back saying i has to salary lb72 AGAIN and send two more pictures. i requested my passport back and MY deed poll and they refuse until i paid lb72. how can they keep my documents?
