Fiance visa for family who hold be already married?

My wife and I got married at the Royal Thai embassy,London in 2005. and moved to Thailand in 2006.She applied for spouse visa to move put a bet on to England with me but got refused because I didn't hold a job in the UK and our marriage is not recognised beneath the immigration laws. She is applying for fiance visa so we can live together but I was told that the embassy requires an evidence showing that we are getting married with surrounded by 6months. I approached the registrar office but they said they won't do anything until my wife's got the visa! What do I have to do?

Providing you can entertain the criteria regards to A job,accommodation and money to support you both their shouldnt be a problem.In your baggage as apperently you have lived together for more than 2 yrs a Visa could be automatic.The Embassy do not ask for evidence regarding marriage,you enjoy 6 months to do this hen she moves to the UK.
