A couple lower than seikatsu hogo within japan can invite a relatives from philippines? what are the requirements?
me and my japanese husband is under a case of seikatsu hogo,he is not paying tax anymore..but i want to invite my daughter contained by philippines together along with my mom to come here..what are the requirements needed? procedures?will they grant a visa if possible? urgent please..thankfulness in advance!
