Legal nuptials? I-130?
Im a US citizen, married an illegal immigrant. I need to file I130 but im not sure if i involve to use my marriage name or maiden name? if i should, after when should i change my driver license name and my social security card christen to my marriage name?? Also when should i claim myself as married?

use the name that u are currently using as of today...if you enjoy n ot changed ur name at the SS office then use ur inspired name...if you would like to use ur married name, step change ur name immediatly and then use that entitle.

If you have already changed your name on all exalted documents. drivers license, ss card, then go ahead and use that new end name. All applications will ask for your maiden name as well. It is really your choice as to which nickname to use. If you are changing your name, I suggest you change everything right away, and also claim yourself as married as capably. Consult a CPA regarding what to claim on your tax forms.
