Will they deny my husbands company visa contained by mexico?
my husband wants to apply for a visitors visa just to see if they will approve it. even tho he have lived in the u.s b4 for a long time and he is married here will they deny him based on that? he only desires to come for 6 months if he can even 3 months just to come and visit me i have a sick dieing granfather who is on 24 7 oxygene and i obligation my husbads support when my grandfather does die the docs. only gave him a short time to live. also i plan within a few weeks to file an i 130 for my husband do you think he may stand a chance at a visotors visa base on theses grounds? if so what documents will they for? will i have to contact the visa people near and talk to them to verify the info n tell them my husband has every intention of returning becuz he have his mom and younger family members there that he take care of there?

well, did he enjoy any legal status when he lived in the US for a long time before? lf he did, conceivably he has a fair shot at the visa, if not, he have no chance. He is basically an intending immigrant if he plans to go live beside you in the US after you file your petition, so I'm not sure why you think his mother and siblings are really a factor that will trade name him go back.
