If my canadian immigration visa have expired and i own not fulfilled the mandatory requirement of human being inside?
if my canadian immigration visa has expired and i have not fulfilled the mandatory requirement of being inside canada neither i fit contained by exceptional cases, what is the way to get the immigration status back? can i apply afresh or i am expelled from it too?

You are permitted to reapply - but you must pay adjectives the fees again and get all the documents together and a new police check, and brand new medicals, etc etc Source(s): PR in Canada
If by Immigration Visa you be a sign of you have a PR card but you failed to fulfill your residency obligation, afterwards it really comes down to your special circumstances. But usually they are not that nasty about giving you a second chance. I would entail to know more to have a better answer for you. I might actually be able to embezzle care of it for you! ;)

Why would they want to go to all that trouble for someone who doesn't follow up?

i just seen a question and it wont tolerate me out the link on here but the mom wants child support from the father and he is illegal someone told her (bc she know where he is and his address (he went back to his country)) that they can gross him pay child support from there...
