A Green card-holder girl hide conjugal........sound out continued...?

(adding further)
A green-card holder (Muslim) girl got married in her home country with her free consent as fully developed and it was arranged marriage. (Her husband is also a muslim but have never be to US). The marriage was consummated (legally documented and with sexual intercourse next to husband for 23 days). But when she gets back to USA, she changes her mind and hided her wedding from US immigration by showing herself as SINGLE at the time of her US naturalization. In fact she wants to re-marry another man in US. She is trying to destrory adjectives marriage records in her home country. And claims herself as single.

Questions:
1. Now can she re-marry surrounded by USA?
2. If US immigration gets to know her lie, what impact it will have on her citizenship? and what on marriage (previous and planned)?
3. As she had big fight with her husband, but is that possible that she can fix her tale and apply for her husband to come to USA as he is not at all involved in her lie).
4. Will she be deported?
Answers:
It is hard to say aloud what would actually happen, but here are the possibilities:

1. She cannot get married unless and until she have the prior marriage annulled or gets divorced. To marry now would be a crime (bigamy). She requirements a lawyer.

2. Lying on your application is grounds for revocation of your citizenship. Whether that would happen, I can't say and she should unquestionably consult an immigration attorney. However, the lie might be regarded as immaterial, since answering truthfully probably would not hold affected the outcome of her naturalization application. But it is certainly POSSIBLE that she could lose her citizenship for this. Again an attorney is essential for advice on this concern.

3. Her husband has the right to apply for a visa and permanent residence. If she really wants to do this, I suggest she confer to an attorney. If she gets the first marriage annulled or divorces, she can remarry him legally and product an application based on that.

4. ONLY if she loses her citizenship first. A US citizen cannot be deported.

This is not the type of case where the political affairs typically gets involved in a fraudulent citizenship investigation, but with the prominence on security and controversy about immigration generally, it might be one where on earth investigation and prosecution would ensue.

A GOOD ATTORNEY WHO KNOWS IMMIGRATION LAW is the answer to all your questions. It is quite possible that such an attorney will know how to "fix" this but in attendance is a LOT at stake, so get a good one.
1. No, she is married to someone else. If she married someone else that marriage could be found invalid.
2. As she is already a greencard holder in attendance is no immigration impact unless she tries to get a greencard for someother man.
3.Yes, the husband could get a greencard if she applies for him.
4. No, unless she lies under oath to an immigration officer.
1. possible, by getting the first bridal anulled, and that would be very simple in the case of an arranged bridal.

2. if she has already been naturalized, next she is a citizen. and she will be free to do whatever she wants according to the laws of this country. If she hasn't be naturalized yet... see #1.

3. need a lawyer advise for that one.

4. probably not.
