My relative visa have expired she is elderly INS sent the memo postponed, can she be deported?

well, for an answer, you need to provide a few more details. your relative's visa be a tourist visa? were you trying to get her stay extended? Did USCIS (no INS these days) extend her stay? If they did, it doesn't matter if the visa itself have physicall expired or not.
