- You should have employer in USA.
- US-Employer, must have to record your H-1B petition [which starts on 1st April every year].
- Due to heavy rush in applications, USCIS doing lottery for the received petition.
- You your petition will be selected, you wil be asked BY YOUR COMPANY to call on the US Embassy in your country for Visa stamping.
