How to bring back strength insurance for an immigrant?
my husband wants to bring his mother here from mexico to get cataract surgery and other various healthcare. how do we receive health insurance for her? can she qualify for any kind of medicaid or govt. issued health insurance or assistance?

No. There are no legal means to do it.
You won't be able to get any vigour insurance that will cover her pre-existing health problems and any insurance you can get is going to be very expensive. I can't vote what state govenment policies might be. Surely there are surgeons in Mexico that can do cataract surgery and it will be much less expensive in that. My mother-in-law is contemplating this surgery and the recovery is relatively quick.
She can't get any assistance here, medicaid etc. is for citizens, not foreigners who want the tax payers to pay envelope for their care.

Why the hell should the U.S. taxpayers pay for your mother contained by law to get her health thought. Your family should be bearing the cost of her expenses. This is exactly why we hate immigration. Immigrants come here a short time ago to suck money out of the system. I'm sure they have cataract surgeons in Mexico, why can't she get it done at hand? Prop 187 needs to be passed again and challenge in the Supreme Court where it would pass lacking difficulty. Stop mooching off the system.
