If an undemocratic immigrant marry a US Citizen, is the process faster to folder for their unwavering residence?
I would like to know if an illegal immigrant gets married to a US Citizen, will that being be able to get her green card quicker? Is the process faster since a spouse is filing?

Nothing is quicker or faster or easier in immigration processing near USCIS. In addition, the illegal person, if s/he doesn't own any status in US, has to go fund to the country and get interview to finalize green card process. If that person is illegal, in attendance is no status to adjust from.
If your spouse had at one point some visa that allowed her into the country, but have now expired, you can file a I-485 Adjust to Permanent resident petition, and you can explain how your marriage is legit, and you want to live together. If not, it will be greatly difficult.
As for quicker - it will certainly be quicker than waiting for other types of visa, I think.

If it came with a visa and agree to it expire here is fine but if cross the border on any other way then you will need a directive that is not in force since 2001 and had no adjectives to revive right now, if the marriage is REAL it's o.k but if is just for papers, be obligingly immigration is checking pretty much everything, I personally know 2 couples that did it the wrong way and were convey back to their country.
