Partner VIsa?
I would like to know if I can apply for a partner visa or not.
this is my situation: Me and my Japanese girl have been living together surrounded by london for more than 2 and half year ........however this september we will be moving abroad in kyoto(Japan) for one year.
When we come hindmost to Uk next year is there any chance I can win partner visa for my girlfriend?I really want her to stay in Uk and work full time.
(Is that we don t want to get married yet)
Please I am looking for a solution.

Need more information to help you. You vote she lived in UK with you for 2 years, what visa is she currently on?
Is she is staying as an illegal for former times 2 years and nope she wont get a visa, as she will get banned from the country for mortal an overstayer
If she isnt an overstayer,and shes not a student,and doesnt have a job that in involve here, then the only choice that you really have is to obtain married and get a spouse visa.
The home office wont issue a partner visa in your grip
------------- If her student visa is ending then the only choice you own is to get married. She would have to live her 5 years (legally) to apply for an indefinate stay visa. ------------
She won't get one. I am in actual fact married to a Korean and his visa was decined so her chances are virtually zero. We've have to move to Korea instead just so we can stay together. Why not stay in Japan..??
Why keep have to come back to UK??
Why not go back to Japan near your GF and stay there.

You need your own visa.. Could you use you sister's passport? not sure what you mean? can you get your sister a visa?? or can you find your sisters visa? either way i think the answer is no step to your...
