Would I be treated as unofficial if i lost my citizenship and naturalisation licence?
My Naturalization certifiacate was stolen, I can't get a passport without it, I involve to go out of the U.S. I still have ID, SS card. Job letter, etc. Do you surmise i coudl make it throu immigration when i return if i explain?

They will not take your word for it. If flying out of the US, you must have a valid passport. If driving between the US and Canada or Mexico, you entail to show proof of citizenship using a valid drivers license and birth certificate (or similar - check the link below). So here's what you need to do:
1) go and get your naturalization certificate replaced asap
2) apply for you passport
I suggest not trying to leave the US until you have them because you don't want to be screwed when you're trying to come subsidise in.
You still need a passport to get out of the country.
Have you ever have a US passport before? They might be able to issue you an emergency passport which is a lot quicker and doesn't other require all the ID. You might be able to get away next to a driver's licence, birth certificate, credit cards to use as ID to help etc and as a result get a passport that may one and only be valid for about a year but get you out of the USA to do your urgent business.
It would help if you reported the loss of your naturalization warrant to the police and applied for a new naturalization certificate (or had a photocopy of it for the details).
