There is no fast way unless you have a parent or grandparent who be an Italian citizen at the time of your birth
Otherwise you need to either be accepted at a university and jump on a student visa. Or find a company willing to sponsor you for a work visa, which is highly unlikely with italian laying-off so high at the moment.
