This would be a private charity service(not a government program). Participants would not be eligible for payment of any kind from the federal, state or local command.
This program would be designed to help legal immigrants to swot up our culture, social etiquette, and laws; learn all required expertise to pass citizenship tests; learn English or become more fluent contained by English.
It would be run by a private charity, like the Red Cross, Salvation Army, or United Way. It would be more effective than government programs, because unpaid volunteers really consideration, and will often go the extra mile to be sure that the individual learns the things in question.
Unmarried legal immigrant with no children would live with or spend many weekly hours next to an individual host or a host family. The host would be an individual or individuals who were born here, and know the laws and English in good health.

If I could find the time, I would totally be willing to volunteer for that! It would make our country so much better!
And to the comment below, I do think tons immigrants would be willing, especially to improve their livelihood status and therefore their lives in this country. Many of them in my nouns, anyways, are quite dedicated to their english programs and are very friendly when you assist them contained by speech.
I think this would work miraculously if it went on the right way.
It sounds fitting, but I highly doubt they'll be open to learning or participating. The defence I say this is because they are not interested in doing it now, and so if they're getting by purely fine without this program, they won't care about participating. i can't trust my neighbors who speak English, permit alone be a host to someone I can't communicate with.
