Eligibility to apply for passport?

iam not a degree holder and i dont have certificate,i own been told that degree is must,iam married and iam doing my correspondence in M.A and i enjoy completed 1st year and now iam in final year.can you please tell me what have to be done

no helpful qualification is required for passport. every indian citizenis entitled to apply and get the passport.you can apply with all the documents and the tax and you will get your passport.
chetra tumhe kisne kaha ki u have need of a degree for a passport.
the only educational certificate 10th pass certificate because it is mendatory if you ICNR(Immigration Check Not Required).
u just involve 2 permanent address proof,
no need to be fearful to apply form clearly.

You don't need a point to get a passport. You can get one at any age. I got mine at the post organization.

First of all, we need to know what country you live contained by. Any country I can think of does not specify educational qualifications surrounded by order to obtain a passport.
eligibility to apply for passport
(a) Proof of address (attach one of the following):

Applicant’s ration card, certificate from Employer of reputed companies on letter head, hose /telephone /electricity bill/statement of running bank account/Income Tax Assessment Order /Election Commission ID card, Spouse’s passport copy, parent’s passport copy in case of minors. (NOTE: If any applicant submits solely ration card as proof of address, it should be accompanied by one more proof of address out of the above categories).

(b) Proof of Date of Birth (attach one of the following):

Birth certificate issued by a Municipal Authority or district bureau of the Registrar of Births & Deaths; Date of birth certificate from the school last attended by the applicant or any other famous educational institution; or an Affidavit sworn before a Magistrate/Notary stating date/place of birth as per the specimen in ANNEXURE ‘A’ by illiterate or semi-illiterate applicants. N.B.: In the baggage of applicants born on or after 26.01.89, only Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or the Office of the Registrar of Births & Deaths is acceptable.

(c) Citizenship Document if applicant is a citizen of India by Registration or Naturalization.

(d) Government/Public Sector/Statutory body employees should submit “Identity Certificate” surrounded by original (ANNEXURE B) along with Standard Affidavit Annexure I.

(e) If the applicant is eligible for “ECNR” attach attested copy of supporting document (see COLUMN 15 of the INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR FILLING UP THE APPLICATION FORM).

(f) If the applicant was repatriated at Government cost, bound documents to show that the expenditure, if any, incurred by the Government of India on his/her repatriation has been fully refunded to the Government of India, Ministry of External Affairs.
degree not mandatory you should enjoy pan card or other standard photo age and address proof,police verification will be done
