well, first you'd have to have a valid and approved Q petition. How long will it purloin to get that? until you have an approved petition, you can't be approved for a change of status. However, immigration doesn't do unbelievably much in less than six weeks. in adjectives probablity, you'll have to leave and do your Q back home. and after come back.
