Immigration (I-130 petition for a relative -brother or sister)?
my brother filed an I-130 application for me to become a legal resident couple of months ago. A week ago I received an approved letter. I know that in a minute I have to wait for an immigration visa number which probably takes more or less 10 years but with that approved application can I at least apply for work authorization or social security. I am already living contained by the United States.
