Someone please abet me beside Immigration oblige?
ok my boyfriend is mexcan he's illegal he is 16 he has been here since he be 13 and his parents are not here he has got caught driving 1 time with no license and get caught again the other day and has to go to court again will he procure deported and if so how long will he sit in jail and will he be in a kids detain or the real thing and another question is if mexicans receive arrested with a wallet and get deported do they give the those belongings back to them when they get to mexico?

All depends. If the police or court notifies ICE, he will be deported or better asked to will willingly. He should take the latter option because he can return after getting a visa. Deported he is not permitted from obtaining a visa. Property will be returned to him if deported.

Since they let him go.. He does not hold an immigration warrant and will not be deported. He will just have to pay a fine... But if he get caught a bunch of times they will stop doing him favors and start looking into his immigration past...
If he came here with a visa it is easier to gain deported and when he is arrested he will be sent to a jail.. a real one.. and wait for a couple days to tons months.. until they decide to deport him. Any belongings and money that he has when he is arrested or the money that you put into the cantine for him he will get when he go away the jail to get on the plane.
Illegal immigrants are harder to deport because they do not hold an immigration paper trail and warrant for their arrest..
But if you have a record and crumple enough times.. they will deport you..
Because he was not put in send to prison or deported after his first driving w/o a license, the criminal charges were probably dropped and he just paid a fine.
