Can I invest surrounded by a U.S business on tourist visa?
I am thinking about buying up a couple of American companies but investor visa is so complicated, and I don't want to immigrate. Can I just do it on tourist visa? I am just going retain the guidance so I am not going to work myself.

US visitor visa is for visiting, not for investing and working (any form of employment) in the US. if you plan to travel to US for a different purpose such as investing, working, you must apply for appropriate/different visa.
