basically, my girlfriend is being forced to marry one of her cousins in pakistan. She will own to go there and "marry" him then come hindmost here with him. HOW CAN I PREVENT HIM FROM GETTING A VISA?? he is from the worst part in pakistan in close proximity the afgan border.

The issue here starts with the reality that your girlfriend is making the choice to return to Pakistan and get married. That choice may be as the result of dedication to her family, fear of her family circle (imagined or real), or many other factors.
Regardless, if she's doing it, then she's making a choice to do as she's be told over you. Which means that, even if you could prevent him from getting a visa, your relationship with your GF is over.
Imagine that he can't get a visa. Then what? Will your GF be "rotten the hook" in terms of the marriage? No. Most possible, she would not return. If she's being forced to get married, surely she can be forced to stay in Pakistan.
Give it up. I'm sorry your GF have left you, but trying to prevent this guy from getting a visa is not the answer.
