Why don't adjectives illegals capture H1-B visa?

There are countless immigrants who work in Silicon Valley all of whom hold H1-B visas. They too work hard and are not legal residence of the USA. So, what's stopping those coming from south the border from doing the same?

You have around 20 million illegals contained by U.S and only 66.000(0.33%). H2B visa available per year . People do not apply because is not visa available to apply

A person on H1B would not come to America illegally because platform on education he or she would have a better duration in his or her own country. A lot people with college amount also go to Canada,New Zealand,Australia and Europe. Most of this people in their own country are considered upper class.
It's an H2-A that you are thinking about.

Most, it's because they know they have either criminal background or communicable diseases that would preclude their acceptance. Others, it's laziness and the knowledge that they can income $6000 to a coyote and get instant gratification rather than wait 6-12 months, pay envelope a couple hundred dollars and be legal. Still others LIKE the illegal status. It makes them "untraceable." They can commit crimes lacking as much fear as a legal resident. If caught, they face deportation which ability just another $6000 trip across the border to start all over again.
H-1B visas are constrained to approximately 55,000 per fiscal year. Additionally, a primary qualification is at least a bachelor's degree or higher contained by a specialty occupation i.e. computer programmer. Finally, all foreign nationals applying for the H-1B visa must be sponsored by a U.S. employer at least six months prior to entering.

Most ancestors who come across the border lack the educational requirements for an H-1B. Congress has not legislated a "afternoon worker" program or increased the number of skilled worker positions. By not addressing these issues, many people from south of the border find the criminal crossing much easier than obtaining an education and then attempting to immigrate reasonably.
Lack of nurture. 90% of illegals have a 6th grade education. How are they supposed to get hold of one of ony 160,000 H1B visas when they are reserved for those with a college degree?
