Answers:
you will have to prove that you can support your partner in need any help
which means you cant use your benefit and wont get any more.

if you can afford to support your partner near no help then you will be questioned as to how you can afford to do so as you are on benefit.

i e if here is another income or if they have an income it will effect your benefit depending on which one you are on.

so best thing to do is for you to go where on earth they are.
am sure you will be taken care of just as much there.

do not treat roughly this country
Some of the counsel you are getting is wildly inaccurate. Here is the definite answer.

Being on any one of the following benefits will front to a refusal of your partner's Spouse visa application:
* income-based jobseeker's allowance;
* income support;
* child tax credit;
* working tax credit;
* a social fund payment;
* child benefit;
* housing benefit;
* council import tax benefit;
* state pension credit;
* attendance allowance;
* severe disablement allowance;
* carer's allowance;
* disability living allowance;
* an allocation of local authority housing; and
* local authority homelessness assistance.

The following benefits you are allowed to claim:
* contribution-based jobseeker's allowance;
* incapacity benefit;
* retirement pension;
* widow's benefit and bereavement benefit;
* guardian's allowance; and
* statutory maternity reimburse.

You should also show that you are in full time or part time employment unless you have another source of reliable income, but mortal in employment is usually essential. Source(s): http://www.visalogic.net
Sorry, not if you are on benefits, as she wishes support and its not expected to be from public funds (ie gov). So she may be refused visa. Get a job, why do you stay on benefits, its embarassing bearing surrounded by mind poeple from other countries want to work and have no jobs. Come on, get bad your chair!
You need to be "earning" enough money to support your partner. That means doing doesn`t matter what jobs you have to. If you can't get a full time opening then get yourself 2 part time job. If you can't work for any reason you will not be able to get a visa for your partner. The state will not support your partner and you will not be allowed to support your partner on your benefits.
The same answers you got concluding week when you asked the same question.In short you haven't a Prayer.
Would it not be a better idea to get a position and make it worthwhile to come here? We have enough immigrant here claiming benefits so leave her where she is until you can afford her.
If you can't support yourself.. how do you expect to support your partner who won't be eligible for benefits?

Sorry but it is seriously going to affect their application.
YOU WILL HAVE TO SIG NE A docu, to say you are responsible and will hold him , you will find that impossible on benefits and that's no way to begin a relationship is it , i wish you luck
i bloody hope not
Yes it will affect the spouse visa. You necessitate to be able to prove that you can support your spouse and yourself for two years without any recourse to public funds.
Why not suggest that you go tho where on earth he lives?

That way he can support you and rather than add to the burden of the UK taxpayer you could stifle it.

It would also show that he isnt just interested in a passport
You have to prove that if you bring them over that you can financially support them
You have to be capable of provide for them & since you are on state hand outs the answer is you can't.
no you cannot. you have to show that you can support both of you.
To cut a long story short no, anyone on benefits doesn't affect it. You, as a citizen have rights of residence in the country and as such so do your husband. Basically under the EC Treaty non EU relatives members have the same rights of residence as their EU domestic member. This is a very simplified explanation but it is how it is. Your husband may be required to have a visa, but the Secretary of State must afford him adjectives hte help he needs in getting his visa.
yes as expected,6 mts visa no worries,overstay or claim aslym after ,no one really cares
