The funding was to arrest illegal aliens near felony warrants. I find it very telling that you are gloating that the sheriff will not know how to afford to arrest warranted felons -- fugitives who are wanted for fierce crimes. Although you will probably deny it, I'm pretty sure there must be an illegal alien criminal in your go. Otherwise, I can't see why you are so thrilled that violent criminals will not be arrested.
