Why not of late stay where you are, gasoline is much cheaper where you're at. What is it, around 20 cents American for one gallon?
you could try getting a work visa that allows you to stay here in america for your duty and after a certain amount of time it give you permanent access to live surrounded by the US
Or if you can afford it you could apply into college and get a student visa
that way you could get a superior education and have a job that allows you to stay here
Well, if you're no longer married to your ex, it's not going to be easy. Your children can't sponsor you directly until they become adults. So, if you don't have any other close inherited members in the US, you won't qualify for most immigrant visas. You could apply for the Diversity Visa Lottery program, but chances of leading any particular year are not very good. Your propensity to get a work visa would depend on your educational background and work experience. H1b visas for skilled workers require at most minuscule a university degree and you'd have to find an employer who's not only predisposed to hire you, but willing to wait until next April, as no more visas contained by this category will be available until then. However, those visas can lead to green card status.
Have you tried contacting the American Embassy to see what the process is?
