Does the American citizen call for to stay within USA while their spousal visa application is surrounded by process?
am married with US citizen few months ago and we have applied for non immigrant visa (K3) I don’t know how long it will take in truth it will not matter how long it take if I am with my spouse.
I am not sure how long immigration process will pinch so I want to go to Dubai with my American spouse so we can live and work together there until immigration process finish. Does the American citizen entail to stay in USA while their spousal visa application is in process? Or they can go to other country and hang around until they got approval.
It is so hard to live without my better partially!

You don't have to stay contained by the US during this period, but you need to let the National Visa Center know where on earth you are, so you can be contacted once they actually receive the petition from USCIS. If you leave now, you may be at hand for some time. It typically takes 8-12 months to process everything and have a visa actually issued.
You can be beside her in her own country until the papers are finished for her to come toyours. The citizen can live wherever they want but just be sure you hold someone to be a choice of agent who is in the U.S. (your lawyer or friend or family member) that can receive the forms otherwise you will hold longer wait due to the mail going to the other country.. what part of the process are you contained by? Was your I-129f approved yet?

But if your citizen spouse is in Dubai how would she know that the baggage has been approved or not...when she can check it online...But once the case get approved, usually within a month, the natinal visa center sends you a package to pay the visa payment and stuff. So if she is in dubai with you, make sure at hand is someone else who can receive the mail on behalf of you and make sure they are able to income the visa fee. Also once you get visa, she has to prove she can support you financially. So be organized for that.
