Is he allowed to stay within the UK?
My friend (Russian) visits regularly to the UK and is here on a working Visa. She has to go put a bet on home to Russia fairly regularly. Her husband who travelled on her visa never goes back to Russia and is also claiming a take-home pay. How is it that he has 'lived' here for over 3 years (and doesn't have residency) and she has to return? Thank you

it seem like hes doing that illegally then,im guessing that she can stay for 6months after has to go back to come posterior again for another 6 months repeatedly? :)
i think she is staying within the realms of the imperative, from what i am aware of, her visa will only allow her entry to work for 30 days then it expires. so she is doing the right thing .have she ever considered entry as a student ? i think she can get a 6 mth student visa and apply to work on it but she must enroll on a course here that's more than 22 hrs a week, might work out cheaper for her its worth looking into. good luck
