Does this count as income on an affidavit of support?

My mother owns her own home. I live with her, and pay only grocery and utility bills. I enjoy read that "free rent," so to speak, can count as income on an affidavit of support. Given the area that we live in, we estimated that I save nearly $800 or so a month by not renting elsewhere.

She would be willing to submit a statement to this effect, but would it even be any good? Would USCIS want to speak to her? Would such a paper entail to be notarised?

Thanks for any information anyone could give.
Answers:
No but your mother can be a co-sponsor
It would be better to ask her to be a cosponsor if you don't have adequate income
I'm assuming you're applying for a visa? The Affidavit of Support is filed by the sponsor, not you, and requests your sponsor's income, not yours.
