Is in that anyone that works for immigration or is acquainted near immigration law?
my dilemma is that like 2yrs ago my u.s citizen boyfriend tried to fix a foreigner's papers for money but this person still lived in her local country. right now everything has been canceled but a couple of months ago I saw a schoolbook message from this person on my boyfriend's cell and the text message read: "can't sleep, I miss you" so when I confronted my boyfriend bout this he said that the government looks at everything to clear sure there is no fraud being committed so that they had to hold some type of communication and to make it look like the long distance relationship was a lawful one but I find it hard to believe that the government would go to that extremes to look at manuscript messages as a form of correspondence but then again I am not familiar with the immigration law so I need someone that has either worked beside the government or is very familiar next to the immigration laws that can help me put my mind at ease since I quality like my boyfriend is not being totally honest with me or conceivably someone else told him that they had to have some type of correspondence going, I don't know. appreciate the input

You've heard the expression 'if it's too right to be true, it probably isn't". I'm no expert but it sounds like your boyfriend got you believing this story true or not. So expect more of the same. The policy isn't tracking text messages of common citizens, think in the order of it.
Although I am definately sympathetic to those trying to find a better life in the United States since I married a Mexican national, what your boyfriend is doing within pretending to have a legit marriage for purposes of evading immigration law is a felony below federal law. He is wrong for doing that, and people like him hurt those of us next to a real legit marriage from adjusting status because it cause immigration officials to have to examine each covering more closely.
That being said, text messages can be used as evidence of a legit marriage when used surrounded by addition to many other things. However, this does not mean your boyfriend is individual completely honest. After all, he's already admitted to not being honest next to immigration officials to the point of breaking the law.
Um I honestly think he's lying, immigration needs to see stuff contained by writing ... they're not gonna look in your cell phone ...

i've never heard of immigration examining deed messages... however, emails, instant messages, written mail, PRINTED RECORDS OF PHONE CALLS.... all those are routinely examined.
there would also own to be supporting photos, other memorabilia, etc.
he's probably cheating on you. and, by his previous actions, he's a criminal, too. engaging in a 'greencard' marriage ceremony, or relationship, is a felony, for both parties. you do have the option of contacting rime, and giving them the information, and letting them take it from there.
