My boyfriend live surrounded by Sweden and he be trying to acquire into the States for almost 3 years immediately?
And he told me the other day he was going to go Mexico and cross the border unofficial because it would be faster. My question is what will they do if they catch his butt?and how long does he have to linger to become a Citizenship ? it been almost 3 years, should he just wait?
Answers:
Does he need a visa to enter the US? If he is a citizen from there, he's a European Union citizen and they don't need a visa to come to the US. If he requests to stay over, then that's another story... good luck.

If he enters criminally, whether they catch him or not is irrelevant, he will be in an illegal status and will not be capable of become legal (let alone a citizen) unless he returns to his home country.
If caught, he would be deported, which entails a 10-year ban from entering the US, although if you applied through the trial channels for him to come after that, then you may be able to apply for a waiver.
How exactly have he been trying to get into the US for 3 years?
I suggest you go the route of applying for a K-1 visa for him.
Of course YOU stipulation to be a US citizen for that to be possible at all.
If you are not a US citizen... then there's nothing anyone can do.
If you carefulness for him, don't let him try to cross the border illegally. That's not a fun thing to do and a Swedish guy won't blend surrounded by well with the Mexicans trying to do the same piece.
If he gets caught he will be deported and will not be capable of enter the US legally.

What will arise if they catch him? He'll be deported and banned from the US. His biggest issue, however, could be death. Murders at the border are rampant and recurrently go unreported. People just disappear in the desert. The Mexican mafia have a pretty strong grip on all that area.
He can't become a citizen as an illegal immigrant. Mexicans ARE deported. Constantly. They newly keep coming back until they get in prison for a while. To be honest, he sounds like trouble.
Sweden is piece of the visa waiver program so what do you mean that he has been trying to take into the US for 3 years.
If your boyfriend has ever been arrested in any country, be denied a visa in the past, has be deported, has ever overstayed a visa, can not prove how he will support himself while in the US, intends to stay in the US for more than 90 days, these are some reason why a citizen from Sweden would not be eligible for the visa waiver. Your boyfriend probably falls into one of these categories or else why wouldn't he use a visa waiver.
Time to gain another boyfriend..... one that is honest, and will live honest.
America DO NOT need another looser coming to our country to be illegal.... to take home a "anchor baby" with you. Then have you on welfare to support it.
Well if you are going to get married why don't you start procedure for a K-1 visa. It takes 6 months to a year.
The ending Swedish guy I knew who was in Mexico get married to a Mexican girl (they are personal friends of mine) and now lives in Mexico. So I wouldn't recommend he do that if you want to keep him! = )
Have you thought about marrying him. It appears you love him. Sorry - it's profoundly harder for immigrants from first world countries.
