My boyfriend live surrounded by Sweden and he be trying to acquire into the States for almost 3 years immediately?
And he told me the other day he was going to go Mexico and cross the border unofficial because it would be faster. My question is what will they do if they catch his butt?and how long does he have to linger to become a Citizenship ? it been almost 3 years,should he just wait?

Does he need a visa to enter the US? If he is a citizen from there, he's a European Union citizen and they don't need a visa to come to the US. If he requests to stay over, then that's another story... good luck.

Your boyfriend probably falls into one of these categories or else why wouldn't he use a visa waiver.
