Can immigration deport his unusual wife if he's not paying child support?
My parents have been divorced for about 6-7 years, my sister and I are within our 20s now but our little sister is 5 years old. We are all from equal father and mother but after my parents got divorced my father only paid child support for my sister and I. He have never paid child support for my little sister and now he's married to a woman whom he met in Colombia. They full up out immigration papers and her and her 11 year old daughter were granted entrance into the United States. My question is, what does immigration regulation say about this? It's not right that he's taking care of someone else's kid and not his own. If anyone have any information I would appreciate it, thank you!

I donT suppose she'll get deported just because ur father dont pay ur mom child support but ur father will hold to pay ur mom for the 5 years he didn't pay or he can go to jaiL**

One point all women or men need to do in child support cases is to keep hold of on their case workers. Many of these workers lack in what they are allowed to do. Call them weekly to label sure they are keeping up with her case. File criminal charges if back support is owed, this make it a criminal offense. Child support courts are a joke. they take the license of the non paying parent but what does that help the child. They will help yourself to his taxes if he gets any back, but many will work lower than the table so they do not have to own up to their responsibility. No reason he cannot support both, his child of blood or his new line.
Criminal charges against him could be used in their immigration process.
