Shouldn't adjectives states hold a tenet similar to this?
Legislation filed Tuesday at the State Capitol would crack down on illegal immigration, but opponents enunciate it goes too far. The bill requires federal checks for identifcations.
Some are comparing this to Oklahoma's Immigration laws, which are known as some of the toughest within the country.
The new legislative session is only two days old, but already, one bill is cause a stir. House Bill 1093 would require employers, schools and state agencies to run federal checks for legal residency, in the past issuing any kind of identification or certificate.
It would also command illegal immigrants from getting scholarships or in-state tuition.

It amazes me and then again possibly it doesn't, considering our government. But so far all the answers to this question agree that adjectives states should have laws like this. It seem to be clear to everyone, except to our elected officials that the people of this country have have enough of illegal immigrants and the problems and cost to our nation It lately goes to show you that our government could care smaller number about what "we the people" want anymore. Washington is full of elitist do gooders(that is what they want us to believe) who do no one any good except themselves and special interest.

Did any of you give the federal gov permission to use your due dollars to support illegals and their anchor babies? I certainly did not!
they already get laws bout illegals but few times enforce them.the problem with the immigrants is to heaps ppl here in America want the immigrant to work for them.small jobs little pay but a big revenue coming surrounded by.hell we should tax the smaller Business more.

I see no problem next to it. The problem I see is that there are too many illegals to control if they would ever band together to create an overthrow of state or local senate.
I just renewed my drivers license and before they even took the papers out they asked me for my ID.
