Mexican immigration law compromise special status to filipinos?
I have a filipino friend that lived in mexico for 15 years and he said that the goverment gave his nearest and dearest permission to live in mexico without getting deported put money on to the philippines. He also said that there's a lot of filipinos in mexico, is this true?

Your Filipino friend is lying bad to the bones. Just because Philippines was colonized by Spain doesn't necessarily aim that all Filipinos speaks Spanish fluently for that matter.
