Do you own to be a citizen to draw from your drivers area monopoly?
My friend is not from the U.S. and we are taking our Drivers Ed in school soon... Dose anybody know if it's a requirement for him to be a citizen?... (Texas)

I know the Law in California is that if you are a lawful resident as surrounded by having a green card you can apply for a drivers license. But if he is an illegal alien than no he does not have a right to a drivers license.
as long as he is here legally ( either next to a visa or a greencard) he can get it. If he has a u.s ss# he can get it even if he is prohibited at the moment, they do not check your immigration status as long as you have a valid ss#. If no visa or ss# I'm not sure...
If he is in the country justifiably then he can get his license.
If not then he must live within one of the illegal alien sanctuary states that allows illegals to get a license. Here in my state, WA, illegals can attain one but a legal citizen from another state has to jump through more hurdles. Its a shame.
Alaska, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Washington and West Virginia are the states that allow illegals to verbs to break the law. Texas does not.

mexico? they have their own command to do that job. as far as Iraq goes, the mess will be cleaned up once our troops leave. Because the situation is different, Mexico is a sovereign federal republic. No country has the right to intervene in their government or their problems. the situation...
Forgot to sheltered intend note for fiancee visa...?
we forgot to add our intend to marry letter will this affect or deny our application? im panicking! they will ask for more info, if that was the requirenment. they can convey it all back asking to get everything together, or start processing, and consequently just send you a letter that they want this one...
