(Concurrent Filing?) US Citizen Filing For Over 21 Married Son/Daughter?

I am a US Citizen and I wanted to petition from my daughter who is Over 21 and Married. When I submit the I-130 form, can I also submit Adjustment of Status I-485 with it (Concurrent Filing). If i can, would I-485 become pending till the I-130 is approved and a visa number is available?

I would not folder the I-485. You are just wasting money. You have to understand that this category is not a priority and availability is enormously hard to come by. If she/he were a minor, then she would be processed hastily. You are petitioning not only an adult but one who is married as well. Visa availabilities contained by this cases are not a lot and it sets them back farther from when they are unmarried children of US citizens. Now, believe it or not were you a green card holder petitioner next visa availability is even more readily available in this category as compared to when you are a US citizen.

Processing time used to be 9 years at the least for unmarried sons/daughters. Now, it is already 12 years at the most minuscule depending still on your country of origin. Since your child is married, it sets him/her back more. A lot of Asian countries are also notorious for spinal column logs so processing time from the Philippines to China to Thailand to Burma will vary even if it is under the same type of category. You should check the USCIS website for the speed beside which applications are moving under the category you applied for and factor in your country of origin. Good luck!
