If i am already within another country and want to work here, how do i bring a working visa?

It depends very much on the country, and if an influential company is sponsoring you, ie wants you to work for them.
In the U.S. for instance, contained by many cases (depending on what kind of visa you entered with) you would be required to bestow the country, obtain the visa in your home country and then return. There are exceptions but that would be the starting point.
