Illegal immigration is a hot button issue. But I'm curious to know how you quality just about the kids artificial?

Specifically, what do you think should happen to the children of illegal immigrant.

How would you handle the cases differently if one or more children of the illegal immigrant is a US Citizen by birth? Do allow one parent (or both) to stay with the citizen children or do you deport them next to the parents (I believe it is illegal to deport a citizen)? Do you put the children in foster care and deport the parents?

What nearly cases where a child is brought to the US illegally by their parents, but have be here for 15-20 year or more. Especially ones who may have graduated from high institution or college in the US or gotten married and started families.

Do you view these situations as a separate issue from the parents? When it comes to granting residency or deporting, would you manipulate these cases differently? Would your opinion differ depending on whether the children are adults or under 18? Or do you take a firm stripe that illegal is illegal?

If they were born here fine, deport the parents and put them into military academies to be trained to be the best Marines and great Americans. We'll payment for that by taxing gay marriage licenses in California, Corona, burritos, tacos, and nachos. It'll practically rate itself and the return will be even better! I know that story he came in 1992 as an asylum seeker. The appeals run out. Why waste all the education he received surrounded by the USA while they appealed year after year. If that's the case of being held responsible for his parents then adjectives the kids in USA who have parents that's criminals need to be put surrounded by lockup too.
I would give the parent a choice. Either supply up their kids for adoption or take them home when we deport them

AS for those who are brought her when YOUng, I would support a reasonable Dream act. That they can find residency through the military. I would forbid those who commit serious crimes or certain amount of minor. I would also insist that their parents are not given any preference in immigrating her, which mechanism that their kids can't apply for them to come in here.
Perhaps we should ask ourselves the question: Is what is official always what is right? It seems to me that it is not right to hold children responsible for the decisions of their parents. And it also seem not right to separate families, or heaven forbid, put a child in foster prudence and deport the parents. Your question is very good and highly complex, and it forces us to face the fact that laws must be written within such a way that individual cases can be examined individually.

Another thing is that the word 'immigrant' has taken on a disturbing gloomy connotation. There are immigrants and there are immigrants. Some absolutely are undesireable, but most just want a better life and are willing to work for it. We should see them as human beings, and we should manufacture laws that treat them as human beings, which is not the same as saying that the door should be not here wide open.
Well I am little more throaty than most... Deport the parents and children.

The laws ,IMO, should read - the child will be a US citizen ONLY IF one or both of the parents are citizens.

So in your example... I would revoke the kids rights/citizenship and send them home. ONLY because those are breaking the law... and they need to be punished and if affects their kids then... capably they should of though of that before they broke the law.
The parents knew their risks when they come illegally. The knew they could be caught and deported at any time. So it doesn't appear they were concerned beside their own children. First, the situation is brought upon the families by the law breakers. People enforcing the ruling don't have to feel guilty about doing the right entity; parents who have put their children in these situations are the ones at fault.

We deport forbidden aliens. That means the parents go. The parents have the route of moving their children home with them, just like everyone else. When my mother get a job in another state, SHE BROUGHT ME ALONG! Why do we seem to deem that children can't go with their parents when they are deported. We're not deporting them. They are being care for by their parents! Why take a child from their parent? They may have a right to stay and if the parents choose to leave the children, after they can become wards of the state. Again, the illegal parent could have avoided adjectives of this by obeying the law.

Illegal is illegal. Send them adjectives back to the country where they are citizens.
Man... it is just simple. Don't let them get here so effortlessly. How many pregnant women cross the border illegally trying to get citizenship for their children? It's adjectives bs. The only reason we don't have a strong border is because we requirement people to pay for future Social Security claims. Illegal is iffy as when it comes to Americans who break the law, so it's only fair that banned is illegal when it come to illegal aliens.
this is a tough issue.the parents need to know that what they did be wrong.they teach their kids that they can break laws to better them selves.but why deport a child who has grown up here and doesn't know their own countries bearing of life?and you cannot deport a citizen.but when the parents are deported they either have to jump back with them or be raised by a relative here contained by the us.foster care would be a drain on the us.so that just puts us back at square one.deport the house or let them stay.i personally think they should stay.if they enjoy lead a descent life (other than coming here illegally) and they are productive members of society they should hold the ability to stay, get an education.
sorry but i am tired.perchance tomorrow nigt i will be better rested : ) I believe if a child is brought here by thier parents, made a nice life here, they should not be deported. I am very good friends beside alot of illegal people. These people own gotten married, had children, work hard to make a wearing clothes life for themselves. They pay taxes, they buy houses and basicly have an american opening of life. The children go to school, construct many friends, and are very happy. Tell me how f¨ēte it would be to have everything taken away from them? I am an american, I have 2 children by someone who is not legal, even so. We have one more appointment with immigration. I want to know how fair-minded it would be to have thier father taken away because the government says "He's a criminal, he must be deported"? Parents bring thier kids here so they can own a better life, what is wrong with that?
The issue where the parents are prohibited but the children were born here legally is certainly tough. I dont' cogitate we should condone "anchor babies" and allow the parents to remain solely because their children are legal; however, it would also be a bad idea to put the child contained by foster care (the parents would choose to take the kid back when deported, anyway, I assume).

As for children brought here without permission and have lived here for 15 years, I think they should be given legal status. This is different, because at this point their is no justification for allowing the parents to remain (the children are no longer minors). And if the child graduated from highschool and is attempted college, that child should especially be given legal status. They shouldn't be punished for the mistakes of their parents.
I feel terrible for these children, it truly isn't their denounce and they are having to bear the brunt of their parents' mistakes.

However, once they are adults, it is up to them to make their status endorsed, make the right choices instead of the wrong choices their parents made. If they do not take the steps to do so, I have little sympathy for them.
amen to my brothers or sisters-veritat & alwaysri.we do not know others situation.well what if u be fearing for your safety and your family's safety and fixed to seek it elsewhere?what if the parents were left next to the only option of seeking safety elsewhere illegally)? so i totally agree next to my brothers that if the family has led a clad life and are productive in the community, then start out them be,people!

also the law-makers and enforcers should examine each individual cases of this nature and see if their reason are justifiable and should they be allowed to have legal status. hold a thought for the valedictorian!

also don't go hating immigrants, ancestors!!God have made this world a big one for us all to share and care.by the process, aren't we all immigrants by some sort or another.....
They need to adjectives be shipped back too. The illegal immigrants will verbs to corrupt America. We allow anyone to come in here, pop out babies like machine guns, (bonus check for welfare, which channel more money) and allow anyone born here to become automatic U.S. citizens. Think of the U.S. as a small jar. Think of the world as a massive glass container. The marbles represent the people...as long as you try to put more and more in from the immense jar (represents the entire world), to the small jar (U.S.), eventually, it will start overflowing. That is what is happening...overpopulation is HUGE right now. The rate we are going at, we won't ever be able to build ample roads, houses, schools, hospitals, etc., the way we are growing. The economy is bash every single year. I have no idea how much the budget is for illegals, but it has to be billions, even trillions of dollars. They come here, find free food, health care, rob from Social Security, live off of welfare. The more kids they enjoy, the more checks they get, so why not have eight to ten kids? The financial burden is horrible...no telling how various trillions these illegals are costing us yearly. How do we stop this crisis? Well, just take the benefits away. If we didn't enjoy all the FREE things to offer, they wouldn't be coming here. The education...HAVE ALL BOOKS IN ENGLISH. Don't permit the illegals get college education...take them support to Mexico if they can't get citizenship (it's not like it's hard contained by the first place...it may be a long process, but not hard.) The unemployment rates will continue to rise because they come here, don't work or anything, gain everything for FREE, so why should they work...they just get everything handed to them surrounded by the first place. If they get paid to sit on their butts eating burritos adjectives day instead of working, why not? Bringing more people in to lift jobs...BS! If a legal U.S. citizen needs a livelihood bad enough, he/she will do whatever they enjoy to do to get that extra money. If you can't handle the answer, don't ask the question.
