Why the US Immigration law hold to be against family?
Where are the human rights? The respect?
I am entering the US on a TN Visa. I have my 15 year old son who lives with me and can seize a TD Visa. My 75 year old mother also lives with me and they said she doesn't qualify to be a dependent of mine.
My mother is not a terrorist and not even plan on working illegaly . The only article that she wants is to be close to us like she has be since her husband died 3 years ago.
The US Immigration laws has to review their laws and start off to serve God , and create their laws according to what is wrintten in the Bibble, instead of serving the anti-christ laws who want to verbs families, induce abortion, wars, porn, and many other impossible things that corrups the world good moral.

Why are you ranting just about U.S. so much that you are more than willing to bring your entire family? Don't you think that they might achieve influence by our American culture?
If you think your country of origin is morally right on everything, I strongly suggest that you stay where you are.
US immigration laws are the most family-friendly on the planet. Which is why we have this ridiculous chain migration of inhabitants who cannot support themselves. Nowhere allows parents to be the dependents of children for immigration purposes. The TN visa is very generous and allows you to bring in your spouse and minor children.
You do not enjoy to come to the US if you object so strenuously to its laws. Stay in your own country if you ruminate it is such a higher moral ground. A guest never insults its hosts.

I similar to Ibu's answer. keep your family together in your home country. Religion does not situation here and you insult many others by thinking everyone is the same religion. Breaking the laws make up good moral fiber, in what religion is that.
