We were much better off when we be not trying to save the world! We just don't seem to procure it, we are not the nation we once were because we have been mothering the world for far too long! We involve to draw back & let the world solve it's own problems & let us solve ours. We once be a nation that depended on no other nation for anything, now we are in debt, without reserves of grease, fresh water getting scarce & our economy down the tubes. All because we have depend on other nation & allowed them to depend on us to almost the point of no return! Time to wake up & start taking care of America & let the world solve it's own problems! Listen, my Grandmother picked cotton & tobacco when she be young, we didn't get others from outside this country to come in & do the work for us! During the 2Nd W.W., we should not enjoy allowed the Mexicans into this country, Mexico backed Hitler as did all of South America! I wish america would step back to the isolationist status - then maybe they will not stick with in threatening other countries with invasion and war for categorically NO reason at all.

There be imports, but we imported the things we needed and could not produce, not crap like we do today. Isolationism and immigration enjoy absolutely nothing in adjectives. The cost of the illegal aliens is staggering and the number of references out there that detail explicitly long. Further, the way our idiot congress has it set up, the cost of the ..immigrants... is also intensely high. We want Congress to represent the American People... NOT the Mexican Government and with a little luck, conceivably we can get that done.
Russia would bully its neighbors freely using classic economic blackmail and threats.
China would control the trade and contracts in Central Asia which is energy rich and up for grab.
We would pay 8 dollars a gallon like the Europeans do.
The world's resources are dwindling and we need to control trade. You don't want China to be the top dog.

A bulk of this country's debt is owned by foreign powers, among them China.
