Do you ruminate immigrant should receive social program assistance at taxpayer expense?

Our government has funny logic when it comes to immigrants acceptance social programs. They state that immigrants can't use a public charge program or they face deportation. Yet since 1980 only 12 citizens have been deported for this offense. And the requirements for the government to emergency deportation is severe. One particular is that the immigrant must have been sent a bill and refuse to pay us back.

But they also list food stamps, pre-natal perfectionism, nutrition programs, housing assistance, energy assistance, job training programs, child care services, free or reduced conservatory lunch, public shelters, health clinics, Medicaid, and any cash welfare programs that are not the family’s sole source of income as acceptable for immigrant to receive.

Since we would undoubtedly get millions more applicants then openings (even next to the worlds highest immigration rates) without ever allowing any immigrants access to these programs why do we allow it?

What do you construe? Is this a good use of taxpayer funds when unemployment is at record level?
Answers:
No. They are here to work and live. If they no longer work or cannot support themselves they should be deported to their country. Paying taxes does not cover the full cost of government programs.
US taxpayers clear $9,000 a year per legal immigrant.
No. Of course, I don't assume citizens should be, either.

'Social assistance' is more propperly the role of private charities and religious instittutions, and the government shouldn't be involved.
I cogitate we should give everything we have to foreigners, then bind ourselves to communist china to give them even more

looks like i'll get my opening
Under current US law, it is illegal for undocumented immigrant to have access to entitlement programs. If they are caught using a false id or fake SS#, they can be arrested for fraud.
Most countries have a rule where by any legal immigrant (in the domestic class) who applies for or uses a welfare program within a certain length of time from the date of their arrival (from 2 to 10 years) - then their sponsor MUST repay what they used.

This is Canada's rule.
Only when they become a citizen.
Illegals come here for the entitlement benefits. 58% of welfare payments go to illegal aliens. Unemployment is at a multi-decade high. We can not tolerate more unfair labor. Our national debt is more than 12 trillion dollars, and our annual budget deficit is 1.7 trillion. The U.S. is the biggest debtor in the history of the world. Our nation cannot afford to import poverty and promise to subsidize their lifestyle with taxpayer money that doesn't exist. The Chinese administration is lending us money to support our spending habit and charging us $350 billion per year. When we deny all entitlements including robustness care, education, jobs and citizenship to dubious aliens they will all self deport. Illegals are bankrupting our states and nation.
