I am planning on moving to the US beside a fiancee visa, and I hold a few question...?

These are some of the things I will need...
1 They ask for a Police certificate from adjectives places lived since age 16. How do I get that?
2 They ask for me to have a Medical examination. Would this be done local to where on earth I live? Someone told me that any NHS surgery could do it for a fee. Is that correct?
3 What Evidence of financial support would I need? Besides Form I-134?
4 What are Two nonimmigrant visa photos? Isn't that just passport pictures? They ask that they be two inches 50 X 50 mm square, is that the everyday photobooth size? And I may be stupid but 'two inches 50 X 50 mm square'? Could someone dumb that down to me?
5 They say they need Payment of fees. Do I have to money them? How much is it likely to cost?
Plus....
6 I will only be called up to London once, right? For the interview at the Embassy?
7 How long will the interview be, and what sort of question will they ask?

look on the US embassy website about visas, expect all your answers will be answered there. Does nouns like they are asking a lot,
I have no thought how to get a police certificate from places you stayed in since 16, I moved around the country closely so would have no chance lol
Payment of fees will have to be salaried even if visa is refused :( Same rule applies to UK embassy as well so just enjoy to cross your fingers, like im doing with my fiance coming to UK.

Oh my god, you poor thing! Just don't monitor their TV, you'll end up hating everybody. Learn from the experience, I'm sure you'll come to your senses.
