The best course to conversion my visa status contained by Canada?
I am currently living in Canada with my family and we adjectives got put on my fathers working visa throughout our stay here. We have be here for 2 years now.
When my father re-newed all our visas he didn't apply for mine as a working visa, he only did my mothers.
I own a child to support so i need to be able to work here. I was wondering what is the best mode to change my status and be put on a working and learning visa instead of just a usual one. Is there any other way other than driving to the border to do it?

Contact Immigration Canada. If you are a dependent of a person on an employment visa, your chances of obtain permission to work are poor. Also note that unemployment within Canada is high and rising. Your chances of obtaining a livelihood are rather poor, especially on a temporary visa, unless you have nurture and skills.
