He/she would probably be appointed to Obama's cabinet.
Identity theft is a felony, regardless WHY you commit it.

P.S.

Immigrants own identification, and they don't need to USE stolen ID.

Illegal criminal aliens are NOWHERE in the immigration process...whatsoever...and are the ones that own a reason to commit felony ID theft. They are the ones that SPIT on our laws, our country, and its citizens.
It's highly illegal. Of course it's illegal to use someone else's identity. If anyone tries it, I hope they seize caught, jailed, and shipped back to where they belong!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes,it is illegal.
If caught, they will not ever get a work permit or citizenship. They will be deported beside a lifetime ban on returning.
Of course it's not permitted. If you could all use the same one there wouldn't be any point within issuing them would there? If your in the U.S they would probably get deported, if within the U.K they would get a pat on the head and a hand out from the command.
I they get caught, the will be deported, and they can't come back in any way.
It's illegal but from a HUMAN perspective what the hell are they supposed to do if they don't have any opportunity to get actual legal identification.
