How much time given for an undemocratic immigrant to be off USA?
When the law enforcement official find a person as not permitted immigrant, do they give time to do things like - sell his personal belongings, household items, close guard account? If he doesn't find time to sell, who will own the property? Do somebody follow him till he gets into the flight within the major airport or cross the border?

NO! that's why these raid and deportations are inhumane! they don't allow them to communicate with family members and they own to leave everything behind.
If you are picked up and found to be illegally in this country, you are placed surrounded by a lock up until your deportation. You are not given time to sell your things or take care of your personal finances. Your household merchandise and personal property probably would be thrown into the trash.
They are not interested in that stuff. They are interested in getting you back to your own country.
