I will catch a H4 Visa how can my retail company sponsor me and how much would it cost?
I have a J2 Visa now, am a spouse of a J1 Visa holder, but in May I will attain a H4 Visa because my spouse is getting a H1B. I have to stop working at my old job, how can the retail company I work for sponsor me and how much will that be for me and them?

they probably won't be capable of, in reality. you could be petitioned on an H1b just as your spouse be, but that requires that the position is for skilled employment, or requiring a university degree and I don't think that would apply for most jobs within retail. there are other types as well, but really, would your current employer want to spend the time and energy to save you or just hire someone else who doesn't need a work visa?
