How long does it give somebody a lift for visa to be issued to live outside USA?
If i wanted a visa for longer than the normal tourist 21 day visa to stay contained by Philippines,,how long does it take to get it approved and what do i need to do?..I might inevitability to stay over there in september for 3 months

Just go to Philippines after your 21 days over ,you can extend to the Immigration if you want to stay more longer no problem..Goodluck and soak up your vacation there..
