So much that American kids will not get a proper training. That's how much.
One major point in adjectives of this is that the immigrants the come to this country have to speak and understand English to become an immigrant. They read, for example, a history of the United States and appropriate an exam on the subject. It is brief.. you have to display in that test, an recognition of English.
Because that is the case, most usually the immigrants don't require abundantly of special work in the education fields. On daily they look pretty good in fact.
There is another issue here to be exact critical. We have all heard of diploma mills? Easy work course and afterwards a degree in Nuclear Physics after three months? Those kinds of colleges exist overseas, and they get hold of here, and suddenly their education is not worth beans. What then? Then they take the job in the gas stations, and go to an American College and pick up a real level. Suddenly, in that circumstance, the immigrants DO cost money and the Taxpayer has to folk over the loot to school them. .....That is not smart either.....
We need one of the standardized tests administered where on earth someone is being admitted for an education within a needed skill. I am adamant here: comprehension in your native spoken language goes way, way up, and when you come here and revise the skill in English, you do not do nearly so well. Further, with a standardized theory test of the immigrants, you weed out a lot of obvious fraud cases that if truth be told cannot be dealt with without the test.

So NOW... what are the costs. In fact, a number of groups are telling us the immigrant, as a group, never contribute to the cost of government. I believe that is the case too.
If we do want to edify those folks... if we pay the costs in their home countries, we save a huge amount of money per student. I hold no idea why Congress would want to do that.. but educating those folks after they get here is very, intensely expensive. Lets check them before they get here.
The estimate is $7,000 per year per student, $10,000 per year for students who require special classes. This is K-12 education.
as of the cost of k-12 i think it will be free of cost
The same as the cost of educating anyone else.
Depends what education you are chitchat about. School? College?
all Americans are legal/illegal immigrants.

You need to clarify your question. It is very confusing. A passport is a personal travel document, you cannot donate another person's name to it.
