A bunch of question more or less living within Qatar. Visa's etc?

I'm not actually sure how to start this question off, so I digit I'd give a bit of insight to my situation at the moment.

I'm eighteen years old and curently living in Dubai on my father's visa. I'd lived contained by Qatar before coming here with my family roughly speaking four and a half years ago. I'd grown very attached to Qatar and the friends I'd made there.
Now that I am eighteen I'd resembling to go back. I have impressively little work experience, although at the moment I am property consultant here in Dubai, but they're having problems issuing me a labour card as I've be hired by a brand new and very small company.

Also, I hold a South African passport which has prevented me from getting mere stop by visas to go back and visit my friends (visas are the thorn in your flesh of my life). Could this get in the way of obtain a residence visa?
How difficult would it be for me to get a job there? What thoughtful of job could I expect with the little experience I have?

I've considered getting a student visa, but University is for a time out of my budget, and I've been to many of the Qatar Universities websites, but none of them have the course that I'm outstandingly interested in.

*any* advice would greatly appreciated. I'm willing to do almost anything (legal) to procure out of Dubai and into Qatar.
Thanks in advance.
