Are in attendance any trade school within or implicit Monrovia, Liberia?
Our family is trying to adopt our 7th child from Liberia, West Africa, but the government there is individual contrary and we may not be able to complete the adoption and get her home.
Does anyone know if there are angelic trade schools in or near Monrovia, Liberia, where on earth a teenaged girl could learn a trade and be able to support herself eventually? We want to be able to embezzle care of her even though she can't come to the US.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am sorry that the adoption may not work. When we were in Monrovia, near were some signs of reconstruction, but there wasn't much that we saw, contained by the way of trade schools. That was two years ago and I'm sure things enjoy changed.
