I do not agree with bashing other opinion. However, I do live in a border state. Here are some of my experiences:
1) I have been hit contained by my car TWICE by uninsured illegals (ruled as their fault, not mine). They paid - $0. I compensated for my car, my injuries AND my insurance went up - twice.
2) My son's class size has doubled and partly the children do not speak English. The teacher spends most of her time with the kids who do not speak English. The gifted program, the music program, art and gym hold been cut in order to own money for the ESL programs. I now have to pay for outside course for my son to get a good, solid education.
3) My robustness insurance costs have tripled. When we go to the ER, we pay for us as very well as all the illegals using that hospital and we wait in chain for hours behind illegals who are using the ER as their family doctor.
4) We went within for regular immunizations and the health department told us we needed to get Hep. A shots too and pointed to a map showing Hep. A adjectives along the border. She explained that if we ever eat at a restaurant, we need the shots because of all the illegals working at restaurants. $40 respectively, a series of two for each person - $320.
5) While volunteering at my son's school, I routinely hear unlawful children saying "F*** America!" while espousing the merits of their own country.
6) My kids are not allowed to wear or display the American flag at school as it might upset the illegals.
7) I am incompetent to get a job in my grazing land unless I speak Spanish. Now...I'm all for speaking another language but not being required to speak another argot in my own country so that I can keep my job.
8) Watching the word, I hear about people being shot, kids individual abducted, etc. etc. etc. and a firm 80% of the time it's someone who is here illegally.
9) There are marches here beside illegals DEMANDING free college, free health care, free this and that. It's not free - they're demanding that I pay even more to accommodate them. And they're here ILLEGALLY!
My friend is a dental hygenist and the daylight of the "Day without an immigrant" march, she had a own flesh and blood come in who could not speak English - all in white t-shirts - heading to the pageant. Mom, dad and six kids all got their teeth cleaned at tax-payer expense before heading out to complain that they're not getting adequate. (As citizens, we pay $320 per person to get our teeth cleaned while paying taxes so illegals can draw from it done for free).
So...I'm sorry if it seems people take the improper immigration issue personally. It's because it is affecting many, many Americans within a very personal way.

I guess the point i'm trying to make here is, you already are a LEGALLY REGISTERED BUSINESS ENTITY, thus registering with the secretary of state's office(If you use your PERSONAL full CORPORATE name) would be pointless.
Another question later becomes "self evident". Do you remember giving the government permission to use your PERSONAL CORPORATE ENTITY? I believe underneath copywrite, they are in fact liable. As is every other CORPORATE ENTITY that has used it lacking your permission.

For others who take the issue more seriously, it IS personal, they own a concerted interest in seeing that illegal aliens are able to, or can verbs violating American laws. They are those who are family member of illegal aliens or are in some way self supported by illegal aliens.
